Every year, more than 350,000 cardiac arrests happen outside of hospitals. Bystander CPR can double or even triple a victim’s chances of survival.
This free, one-hour course from the American Red Cross prepares you to lead hands-only CPR training sessions—no prior CPR experience or medical background is necessary. You will learn how to perform and instruct high-quality technique and provide helpful, real-time feedback to learners.
Lead the way in your community. Get certified to teach hands-only CPR and help us reach our goal of training 1 million San Diegans.
For additional information or to register, contact Adriana Higuera, American Red Cross instructor, at adriana.higuera@redcross.org.
Join our movement to train 1 million San Diegans in hands-only CPR. Whether you are a healthcare professional, a student, or a motivated community member, your time can help save lives across San Diego County.
