Love Your Heart
Know Your Numbers, Save a Life: Join Revive & Survive at Love Your Heart 2026
Feb. 9 — 14
The Love Your Heart initiative is an annual event led by Live Well San Diego that encourages the community to "know their numbers" and take charge of their heart health.
Since its inception, this week-long campaign has delivered complimentary blood pressure screenings at hundreds of locations across San Diego County. Held annually around Valentine’s Day, the initiative aims to reduce the risk of heart disease and stroke by equipping residents with the knowledge and resources necessary to effectively manage their blood pressure and support overall cardiovascular health.
Revive & Survive San Diego is proud to partner with the Love Your Heart initiative to further protect our community. As part of our goal to train 1 million San Diegans, we are providing free hands-only CPR training at select local screening sites. Hands-only CPR can double or triple survival rates during cardiac arrest. In just a few minutes, we can teach you the skills needed to save a life.
Get a free blood pressure screening and trained in hands-only CPR at these sites during Love Your Heart Week and the month of February:
